Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 to secure your date. This deposit goes toward your total and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or you risk the chance of losing your date to somebody else. Your remaining balance is due 4 days before your event. Bounce Houses require a $75 refundable deposit to book.
Yes, we charge a delivery fee if your event is more than 15 miles from zip code 77015.
16-25 miles = $35 fee
26-34miles = $65 fee
35-45miles = $90 fee
We service the Channelview and Houston, Texas surrounding areas.
We do not offer any self serve packages. All of our snack cart packages include
1-2 attendants that will serve your guests.
Our bounce house rentals are daily rentals meaning we set up the morning of your event and pickup the night of. Our latest pickup time is 9:30pm and we do not leave our bounce houses over night unless requested. Do keep in mind if you request this option an additional $50 pickup fee will apply. RESTRICTIONS APPLY.
We currently do not rent the popsicle cart by itself. It is only available in packages.
You can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before your scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will have the option to use their deposit for a later date within 6 months of the original event date or loose their deposit.
